Can I customize a floral bouquet?

Yes, we can make a custom bouquet for you! Just send us photos of what you are looking for via email (, text message (778-316-8534), or in person at our downtown Vancouver store.

We accept orders over the phone, by email, through our website, or in person at the store.

How much do wedding flowers cost?

Wedding flower costs vary widely depending on what you are looking for! Many factors such as design style, flower type, wedding budget, size, and location will impact the costs. Please contact us to book a free consultation or to receive a more accurate price list.

What is the difference between preserved and dried flowers?

Preserved flowers, as the name suggests, are made by storing the fresh flowers in a special preservative solution, which allows the flowers to maintain their shape and bright colors. The solution is not used for dried flowers, and therefore they are often more dull in colour and brittle than preserved flowers. Preserved flowers can last up to 5 years.  

I made a mistake ordering online, how can I fix this?

You can access your orders under [My Account] and by clicking on [Orders]. There, you can click [Edit] to fix any mistakes. Please note that changes made one or two days before the pick-up day may not be honored.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs are determined based on the delivery address and its distance from our store.

Same day deliveries?

Typically, same day deliveries are only accepted until 12pm. Exceptions may be made for urgent situations; please contact us at 778-316-8534. Additional fees may apply.

Can I return my purchase?

Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided.

As we value our customers’ satisfaction with our flowers, we may accommodate certain situations. Please contact us by phone or at for any comments or concerns. Thank you. 

Can I cancel an order I’ve placed?

For cancellations with more than a 2 day notice, a full refund will be provided. For cancellations 2 days before the set pick-up date, a 30% refund will be provided. Cancellations made on the day before order pick-up will be granted a 50% refund. We apologize but same-day cancellations will not be refunded. 

Do you want to add a lovely fragrance to your establishment? We offer flower subscriptions for corporate offices, retail shops, restaurants, cafes, homes, and other establishments. For more information, please contact us via email or by phone.
